To this end, our doors are always open to answer all your questions, clarify rules and regulations, and resolve any administrative issues you may encounter during your studies. Our primary goal is to foster an educational, fair, and supportive environment so that you can remain fully focused on the learning process.

Understanding attendance regulations (attendance and absences), submitting assignments on time, and mastering the Bologna Process guidelines, evaluation system, and course credits (ECTS / Credits) form the foundation of academic success. Please read and follow the institute\\\'s guidelines carefully in the coming days to avoid complications, or attend the orientation session on the Bologna Process led by the Director of Registration.

You may face challenges along this journey—a low grade on an exam, a difficult subject, or even doubts about your choice of department. Remember that the difference between success and failure is not avoiding obstacles, but how you rise after facing them. If you encounter difficulties, the doors of your teachers, psychological counselors, and registration staff are always open to guide and support you.
