The transfer process is carried out according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

A- Among the departments of the institute:

Because admission to private institutes is an online system and change of department will be through this system, therefore:

1. Cancellation of the admitted department and re-registration in the desired department.

2- Or in case of vacancies in the department he wants to study, provided that the admission period has not expired.

b) Transfer from one institute to another

Students can transfer their studies from Kurdistan Technical Institute to another institute, or vice versa, but must follow all the guidelines of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Directorate of Special Education, as follows:

1. The institute that the student attends must have the same education system as his/her own institute.

2. The student shall submit the letter of refusal and final admission order to the registry of the institute to which he/she is going, but in accordance with the laws and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

3- The letter from the registry will be sent to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Special Education Directorate for transfer approval. If the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research does not object to the student\\\'s request, an order will be issued.

4- The transfer will only be in the second phase, that is, the first phase must have been completed.

Transfer and dismissal of departments will be implemented according to the mechanisms determined by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the year of admission.
